Property assessments, tax rolls, and Board of Review dates.
The Assessor determines fair assessed value for all real property in the Town, the basis for local property taxes. The current assessment roll is available during office hours or through the Otsego County website. The Board of Assessment Review meets annually on the Tuesday following the 4th Tuesday in May, from 3–5 PM and 6–8 PM, to hear formal assessment grievances.
