The Town Clerk's office handles marriage licenses and one-day marriage officiant licenses, certified copies of vital records (birth, death, and marriage), annual dog license issuance and renewal (due December 31), handicap parking permit applications, New York State hunting and fishing licenses, and referrals for zoning and building permits through Otsego County Code Enforcement.
